Man Found Dead in Gillingham: Police Launch Murder Inquiry

Kent Police were called just before 11.30pm on Thursday, July 13, after a man was found dead on a grass verge in Lower Twydall Lane, Gillingham. The body was discovered north of the railway line, sparking an urgent investigation.

Victim Identified, Cause of Death Unknown

The victim, a white man in his 50s with a beard, has been identified as a local resident. He was found wearing a blue t-shirt, grey shorts, and white trainers. His next of kin have been informed. The cause of death remains unclear, and detectives are appealing for witnesses.
