Don’t Cook on the Road! Two Gosport cops couldn’t believe their eyes when they spotted a frying pan lying in the middle of Beryton Road – a 30mph stretch where breakfast definitely shouldn’t be made.
Breakfast? More Like a Road Hazard
Forget swans, stray footballs, or other usual road annoyances. This was a rogue frying pan, mysteriously abandoned on the tarmac. And no, there was no fry-up cooking in it. Trying to heat sausages and eggs on a busy road? A serious fail waiting to happen.
Quick Thinking Keeps Traffic Safe
The officers from the West squad acted fast, removing the pan before it could cause any damage or spark accidents from cars swerving to avoid it. Problem solved in no time.
Scoreboard: 1 Police Car, 0 Frying Pans. Moral of the story: if you want breakfast, head indoors – not onto the road!
