Drama at Folkestone Harbour: Person Rescued from Mud Trap

Emergency crews swung into action near Folkestone’s Harbour Arm last night after a person got stuck fast in the mud. The 999 call came in at around 8:40pm on Friday, triggering a swift rescue effort.

Rapid Response from Coastguard and Paramedics

Coastguard teams raced to the scene alongside paramedics to free the trapped individual. The casualty was pulled from the mud and treated immediately on the beach before being rushed to William Harvey Hospital for further care. Their condition remains unknown.
