Big Trouble at the Dartford Crossing This Week!
Drivers beware! The Dartford Crossing is set for a series of nightly shutdowns before the QEII Bridge slams shut completely this weekend. Essential maintenance and repairs are the culprit, promising delays and detours for anyone crossing the Thames between Kent and Essex.
Nightly West Tunnel Closures
From Monday, September 9 through Friday, September 13, the West Tunnel will be closed every night from 10pm to 5:30am. Road crews will be hard at work, and drivers will be diverted via National Highways routes. Plan ahead to avoid getting stuck!
