Police Hunt Man After Shocking Assault on Seven-Year-Old Boy Outside Brighton Supermarket

Incident Sparks Urgent Appeal

Officers are on the lookout for a man following a disturbing attack on a seven-year-old boy outside Morrison’s supermarket on St James Street, Brighton.

The assault took place at around 7:15pm on 5 June.

Suspect Description Released

The suspect is described as a large-built man, possibly in his late 20s, sporting a brown beard.

He was last seen wearing a blue woollen hat, a light blue or grey shirt, a dark blue scarf, a blue lanyard, and dark trousers.
