Andover Police Launch Hunt for Flasher
Police in Andover are urgently seeking information after a man flashed a woman in broad daylight.
Daytime Flashing Incident Shocks Local Woman
The victim, a 24-year-old woman, was walking along Artists Way at around 2.50pm on Wednesday, January 16th when the man indecently exposed himself as he passed her.
Suspect Description Released
- White male, mid-20s
- Scruffy look with chin stubble
- Short, messy dark hair
- Wearing thick black-framed sunglasses with silver mirrored lenses
- Black hooded top and faded black jeans
- Bright orange-trimmed trainers
