Shock Discovery in Great Yarmouth: Woman Found Dead at Middlegate Home
Tragic Find at Middlegate Property
Police launched a probe after a woman’s body was found in Great Yarmouth earlier today. Officers rushed to a property on Middlegate just after 2pm on Tuesday, 19 November 2024. Emergency crews arrived to find the young woman, believed to be in her 20s, unresponsive. Sadly, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Death Treated as Unexplained
The circumstances of her death remain a mystery. Norfolk Police said the death is currently unexplained and a post-mortem will take place shortly to uncover the cause.
“We are working to establish the circumstances surrounding this tragic incident and would urge anyone with information that could assist our inquiries to come forward,” a Norfolk Police spokesperson said.
Ongoing Investigation and Police Appeal
Police have sealed off the property with a cordon in place while investigations continue. No details about the woman’s identity or what led to her death have been released at this stage.
Officers are urging anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area to contact Norfolk Police immediately. Witnesses should call 101 quoting incident number 221 of Tuesday, 19 November 2024.
