Chaos in Portsmouth: Over 100 Cars Vandalised in Wild Morning Attack

Police are hunting a man who caused havoc by scratching more than 100 vehicles on Queens Road, Buckland, Portsmouth, early this morning (July 10).

Frantic Attack Before 8am

Witnesses say the suspect sprinted along the street just before 8am, shouting in a foreign language as he slashed car paint and scratched windows.

Suspect Flees North on Copnor Road

The man then made off down Copnor Road heading north. Officers launched immediate house-to-house enquiries in the area.

Police Appeal for Witnesses and Victims

Police have left notes on damaged vehicles asking owners to come forward. They also want anyone who saw the blatant vandalism to get in touch.

“If you’ve had your vehicle damaged or saw anything suspicious, please call 101 quoting incident 44160256465,” police said.
