Harry Kane’s Family Home Targeted in Bomb Threat
Cheshire Police were called on Wednesday, April 20, after reports of a bomb threat at a house in Wilmslow – the family home of England star Harry Kane.
No Evacuation, But Precautions Taken
While no evacuations were necessary, police brought in an explosives dog on Thursday to search the gardens and surrounding area as a precautionary measure.
Player’s Spokesperson Issues Statement
“In the last 24 hours, Harry has received a serious threat to his family home,” a spokesperson for the England striker said.
“He has reported this to the police who are now looking into the matter.”
“The safety of his family and those around him is obviously Harry’s number one priority.”
“He will continue to prepare for this weekend’s fixture as normal and we will not be commenting in any further detail at this time.”
