Body Found in Southsea Home as Police Seal Off Property
Shocked Southsea residents were left stunned after a body was discovered in a house on the corner of Meon Road and Mayles Road today.

Hampshire Police rushed to the property just after 4pm on Sunday 23rd April. The area quickly filled with officers and forensic teams in white suits. The home was sealed off with police tape, and several forensic vans arrived to assist with the investigation.
Authorities Probe Sudden Death
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson said: “We can confirm we are at a house in Meon Road, Milton in portsmouth/" title="Portsmouth" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Portsmouth following a sudden death that was reported to us just before midday today, Sunday April 23. Officers are investigating the circumstances of the death but it is not believed to be suspicious.”
