Thousands Stolen in Bold Liss Burglaries
Police are hunting a slick burglar after two homes in Liss were raided in broad daylight on Thursday morning (19 April).
Brazen Break-ins Between 9am and Noon
Between 9am and noon, a man knocked on doors in Farther Common and Stodham Lane before forcing his way inside. He ransacked the main bedrooms and made off with thousands of pounds worth of jewellery.
Suspect Spotted on Silver Sports Bike
The thief fled on a large, silver, sports-style motorbike, which had noticeable damage to its fuel cap.
Police Description: Mediterranean Male with Distinctive Look
- Male, Mediterranean appearance
- Foreign accent
- Shoulder-length, greasy black hair
- Wearing camo motorcycle jacket and trousers
- Black and white motorcycle gloves and trainers
Police urge anyone who recognises the suspect or saw him around Liss on the morning of 19 April to come forward immediately.
