Crash Near Trekenning: Police Hunt Witnesses After Two-Car Smash

Police are urgently appealing for witnesses after a collision between two cars near Trekenning, St Columb Major, Cornwall, at around 7.30am this morning.

Six Injured in Morning Smash

The crash, outside Castle Farm, involved a grey Peugeot 207 and a silver Vauxhall Astra. Six people were treated at the scene by paramedics. Three, including a four-year-old child, were rushed to hospital with injuries thought not to be life-threatening.

Drivers Co-operating as Police Probe Crash

Officers from the Roads Policing Team attended the scene. Both drivers are assisting police with inquiries into how the collision happened.

Police Want Witnesses and Dashcam Footage

Police want anyone who saw the crash or the cars driving beforehand to come forward. Dashcam footage could be crucial.
