New CCTV Images Released in Hunt for Missing Sarah

Police have unveiled fresh CCTV snaps showing 33-year-old Sarah wearing the same coat she had on the night she vanished. Officers are urgently asking locals and anyone in the area around 9.30pm last Wednesday to check dashcam or doorbell footage for clues.

Huge Search Underway with Public Help

Over 120 public calls have flooded in, with investigators sifting through tips to crack this baffling case. So far, 750 homes have been visited, countless CCTV clips examined, and open spaces combed for any sign of the missing woman.

“We’ve released two new images of Sarah as we continue to search for her. Please take a look and think if you saw her that night,” urged Detective Chief Inspector Katherine Goodwin.

“If you were in the area from 9.30pm onwards, please come forward. We’ve had an overwhelming response and are grateful for how social media has helped spread the word far and wide.”

Sarah’s Last Known Movements

The last confirmed sighting was on CCTV at about 9.30pm on Poynders Road near Clapham, heading towards Tulse Hill. Sarah had left a friend’s place on Leathwaite Road around 9pm and was expected home in Brixton about 50 minutes later.

She was believed to be walking across Clapham Common but has not been seen or heard from since.

Police Appeal for Dashcam and CCTV Footage

DCI Goodwin added, “We’ve seized numerous CCTV recordings but believe more exist. Even if unsure, check your doorbell or dashcam footage. Delivery drivers in the Poynders Road area around 9.30pm on Wednesday, you can help.”

Superintendent Kris Wright reassured the community: “We know this disappearance is worrying locals. Expect more police patrols as we continue the search and speak with residents. If you have concerns or info, please come forward – we’re here to support you.”
