A woman was taken to hospital as a priority following a nasty crash on the A21 Farnborough Way in Orpington this Thursday morning.
Emergency Services Rush to Scene
Paramedics were called just before 11:30am on March 13 after reports of a collision. They treated the injured woman at the roadside before rushing her to hospital for urgent care.
Road Closures and Traffic Chaos
The crash forced the closure of Farnborough Way in both directions between Tubbenden Lane and Farnborough Hill (B2158). This sparked major traffic delays throughout the area, frustrating commuters and drivers alike.
Official Statements
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 11.24am today (13 March) to reports of a road traffic collision in Farnborough Way, Orpington. We sent an ambulance crew and an incident response officer to the scene. We treated one patient at the scene and took her to hospital as a priority.”
The Metropolitan Police have yet to release further details on the incident.
