Woman rushed to hospital after crash on busy Chislehurst street

Crash at Willow Grove and High Street

A woman was taken to hospital following a road traffic collision at a busy Chislehurst junction. Emergency services were called just before 2:30pm on Tuesday, 4 March to the junction of Willow Grove and High Street.

Paramedics from the London Ambulance Service treated the woman at the scene before rushing her to hospital. Her condition remains unknown.

Road Closures and Police at Scene

Willow Grove was closed at the High Street junction, with no access beyond the Sainsbury’s store. Police officers were also spotted attending the scene, managing the situation and traffic.

The Metropolitan Police have been contacted for more details but have yet to respond.

London Ambulance Service Confirms Response

“We were called at 2:29pm today (Tuesday, 4 March) to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction of Willow Grove and High Street, Chislehurst,” a spokesperson said.

“We sent an ambulance crew and a paramedic in a fast response car to the scene. We treated a woman at the scene before taking her to hospital.”

Investigation Underway

The cause of the crash is still unknown. Authorities are investigating and will release more information as it emerges.
