Extreme E and ITV Renew Broadcast Deal for Multi-Year UK Coverage
Extreme E, the groundbreaking electric off-road racing series championing environmental sustainability and gender equality, has secured a multi-year broadcast deal with ITV, the UK’s biggest commercial broadcaster. This means UK fans will keep getting free-to-air live action across ITV1, ITV4, and streaming on ITVX.

Under the new deal, all Extreme E races will air live on ITV1 and ITV4, with on-demand catch-up available via ITVX. Fans won’t miss a beat of the jaw-dropping electric vehicle racing or the crucial message about climate change and sustainability driving the series.
Shared Commitment to Sustainability and Gender Equality
ITV has been Extreme E’s broadcast partner since the series launched in 2021, becoming the exclusive UK terrestrial TV home in 2022 and 2023. Both ITV and Extreme E share a strong eco-ethos. ITV is aiming for albert sustainable certification on all its shows and actively supports the Climate Content Pledge to boost green messaging on screen.
