Detectives investigating the murder of an American tourist in Russell Square have charged a man. Zakaria Bulhan, 19 of Robertson House, 1 Grove, SW17, was charged on Friday, 5 August, with the murder of 64-year-old Darlene Horton.
He was also charged with five counts of attempted murder, in relation to the five other individuals who were injured. He will appear in custody at 1 Magistrates' Court on Saturday, 6 August.
