For the third time this week a overturned vehicle has caused rush hour chaos on the M27 westbound and surrounding routes after a six-hour closure Tuesday, an overturned vehicle has now closed the M27 Westbound.The incident happened at around 5pm this evening there are reports of 30-40 minute delays on surrounding routes, as drivers seek to find alternative routes.
