Tragic Death of Popular Isle of Wight Co-op Worker Amie Welsh

A beloved 25-year-old mum, Amie Welsh, has been found dead at her home on the Isle of Wight. Emergency services were called to Chestnut Close, Ventnor, on Wednesday morning after Amie’s mother discovered her.

Paramedics fought desperately to save the young Co-op supermarket worker, but she was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say the death is currently not being treated as suspicious.

Friends Pay Heartbreaking Tribute to Amie

Amie, a mum of two and well-known local figure, has left friends devastated. One close friend said:

“To my beautiful friend Amie ❤️ You are my best friend. I can’t believe I’ll never hear your voice again, I’m heartbroken. I’ll never ever forget the good times we had. You always made me laugh & I’m so thankful for everything you’ve done for me. Heaven has gained an angel. Until we meet again, Amie.”
