Drivers report tailbacks stretching beyond the southbound entry slip road at junction 10. The incident adds to the morning’s misery following an earlier crash on the A33.
Emergency crews from Winchester and Eastleigh rushed to the scene of the earlier A33 collision. They freed two people trapped in vehicles using specialist cutting tools. Both were handed over to South Central Ambulance Service for treatment.
