Police have been called to an incident in Fratton this afternoon after violence erupted. The pavements and walls outside a residential property in Beecham Road where sprayed with blood and a window was smashed during the incident. Neighbours report the road has now calmed down and officers are liberally covering the area in absorbent crystals to remove the blood. More to follow.
