The A339 Ringway North in Basingstoke has been closed both ways by a Police incident. Traffic is slow traffic in and around the between A340 Aldermaston Road, Oakridge Road, Popley Way Aldermaston Road South (Aldermaston Interchange) and A339/ A340 Ringway West.
