Massive M3 Tailback After Collision Near Winchester
Rush hour chaos struck the M3 this morning with a six-mile queue stretching near Winchester. Two lanes westbound were slammed shut between junction 14 of the M3 and junction 4 of the M27 following a collision.
Lane Closures Cleared but Delays Continue
Police and Highways England have now reopened the lanes and lifted the closures. But drivers are still stuck facing delays of around 40 minutes heading southbound on the M3.

The collision caused gridlock during peak time, with emergency teams working quickly to clear the scene. Still, weary commuters should expect plenty of tailbacks on this key route throughout the day.
