Police appeal after Man Left Serious Following M3 Collision
A man is in hospital in a serious condition following a single vehicle collision on the M3 at Lightwater this morning (18 October). Officers were called to the northbound carriageway at Junction 3 around 11am, following reports that a white Ford transit van had left the carriageway.
The driver of the van, a man in his 50s who was the single occupant, was taken to hospital with serious injuries. The northbound carriageway was closed for several hours while emergency services dealt with the incident and motorists are thanked for their patience.
