A brutal blaze tore through two terraced homes on King George Road, Andover, leaving both properties badly damaged.
Fire Starts in Bedroom, Spreads Through Roof
The fire erupted in a bedroom of one house before leaping into the roof space and engulfing the neighbouring property. Around 30 firefighters rushed to the scene, battling the inferno late into the night.
Firefighters Contain Blaze, Prevent Further Damage
Using high-pressure hoses and a lance, the crews fought the fierce flames, finally bringing the fire under control by 11pm. Thankfully, no one was hurt during the incident.
Investigation Underway to Find Cause
The cause of the devastating fire remains unknown and is now the focus of an ongoing investigation.
