Police Hunt Six West Ham Fans After Wembley Clash
Scuffles broke out at the Tottenham Hotspur vs West Ham match at Wembley Stadium on Wednesday, 25 October, and police are now hunting six men linked to the violence.
Fury Flare-Up Sparks Police Attack
Officers faced aggression as they tried to break up rival fans trying to kick down gates inside the stadium. Thankfully, no serious injuries were reported, but tensions ran high.
Police Release Photos, Demand Justice
All six suspects are believed to be West Ham supporters. Detective Sergeant Matt Simpson slammed the violence: “Violence towards police officers will not be tolerated. We were lucky no one was badly hurt. Anyone involved will be arrested and brought before the courts.”
