Have you seen Billy James from the New Forest? The 48-year-old is wanted on recall to prison for breach of licence, and has outstanding warrants from East Dorset Magistrates’ Court and Salisbury Magistrates’ Court. Officers have pursued a number of lines of enquiry to locate him, but are now turning to the public for assistance. Billy is described as: • White • 5ft 9ins tall • Stocky • Short brown hair • Brown eyes He has distinctive tattoos, including ‘Emily’ in a love heart and ‘Rosie and Tommy’ in a bird and heart on his right arm, and ‘Pauline’ in a rose on his left arm.
