Police appeal after attempted street Robbery in uk/where/lymington/">Lymington
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was threatened by a group of youths trying to steal his bike. At around 6.25pm on Sunday 25 March, the 40-year-old victim was cycling on Highfield Road in Lymington when he was approached by three males. It was reported that members of the group demanded the victim hand over his bike and threatened to assault him. The victim refused and took out his phone to call police, at which point the group fled from the area. One member of the group was described as black, around 5ft 4inch tall and wearing a black top with the hood up. The other two were described as white and around 5ft 10ins tall. All three were described as being around 17 or 18 years-old. Did you see the incident, or three people acting suspiciously in the area at this time?
