Fire in Hounslow under investigation
Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers were called to a fire at a house in Eton Avenue, Hounslow. A small part of the ground floor was damaged by fire. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus led two men to safety. They were treated at the scene by London Ambulance Service. The Brigade was called at 0219 and the fire was under control at 0323. Fire crews from Heston and Southall fire stations attended the scene. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
