Man Arrested Over Teen's Fatal Stabbing in Oval
Suspect Held in South London
A 29-year-old man was arrested on the afternoon of Thursday, 8 July. He remains in custody at a south London police station.
Tragic Teen Stabbed to Death
Police and London Ambulance Service rushed to Oval Place, SW8, at around 11:45pm on Monday, 5 July. They found a 16-year-old boy stabbed and sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim has been identified as Keane Flynn-Harling. His grieving family are being supported by specially trained officers.
Met Police Hunt for Witnesses
Detectives from the Metropolitan Police’s Specialist Crime Command are leading the investigation. They are urging anyone with information to come forward.
