Blaze at Royal Mail Depot in Kentish Town: Vehicle Destroyed, One Man Treated

Flames Rip Through Regis Road Delivery Office

London Fire Brigade rushed to a fire at the Royal Mail depot on Regis Road, Kentish Town, this afternoon. Four fire engines and 21 firefighters slammed into action after the alarm was raised just before noon.

Vehicle Reduced to Ashes, Worker Suffers Smoke Inhalation

The fire tore through a vehicle inside the depot’s workshop, completely destroying it. Around 25 staff made a quick exit before the Brigade arrived. One man was treated for smoke inhalation on site by the London Ambulance Service.

Fire Under Control Within 90 Minutes

Crews from Kentish Town, Holloway, and Euston fire stations battled the blaze, bringing it under control by 1.30pm. The exact cause of the fire is now under investigation.
