West Midlands Police have tonight made three arrests in their investigation into the assault on a girl in Weoley Castle that happened on Wednesday. Shocking footage was uploaded on to the snapchat platform showing both young boys and girls attacking the girl by hitting and kicking her in the head. West Midlands Police issued the following appeal after footage started to appear:
