Man Stabbed in Early Morning Attack on Islington’s Blackstock Road

Detectives are hunting for witnesses after a stabbing in Islington left a man injured in the early hours.

Police and paramedics rushed to Blackstock Road, N5, at 4.18am on Saturday, 26 May, following reports of a stabbing.

Victim Hospitalised but Stable

The victim, believed to be in his 30s, was found with stab wounds and taken to a north London hospital. Thankfully, his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or permanently disabling, and he remains stable.

Man Arrested, But Not Linked to Stabbing

A 29-year-old man was arrested nearby on suspicion of affray, but police stress he is not a suspect in the stabbing. He is currently in custody at a north London police station.

Police Seek Witnesses
