Road rage erupts after dangerous overtake
The victim, a man in his 20s, was behind the wheel of a yellow Luton van when the suspect brazenly overtook him on the wrong side of the road. Traffic soon ground to a halt, with a taxi wedged between the two vans. That’s when the trouble started.
The suspect began making aggressive hand gestures at the victim. Then, he stormed out of his white van and launched into a tirade. Despite the victim’s firm refusal to engage, the attacker leaned into the van, grabbed the victim’s neck, and squeezed tight.
“He threatened to hurt me before letting go and driving off,” said the victim.
