Four arrested for burglary near Littlebourne

Four people have been arrested in connection with an alleged burglary near to Littlebourne. Kent Police received a report of a burglary in progress at a property in the Bramling area at 7.22pm on Thursday 23 August 2018. It was reported attempts to steal liquid fertiliser were made. Officers attended the scene where an abandoned vehicle was found. Following a search of the surrounding area, they arrested four people in a field near to Canterbury Road in Wingham. A 19-year-old man, a 21-year-old man and a 23-year-old man, all from Canterbury, were arrested on suspicion of theft offences and currently remain in custody. A 15-year-old boy from Canterbury was arrested on suspicion of theft and has been released pending further enquiries.
