A hit-and-run driver left a cyclist in his 70s battered after a terrifying crash on Stoke Road, near Nora Corner, at 10.55am on Monday 6 March 2023.
Car Swerves Into Cyclist’s Path
The elderly victim was cycling from Allhallows to Stoke when a dark blue or black Ford Fiesta came hurtling the wrong way down the road. The cyclist dodged at the last second but still went crashing off his bike, suffering serious injuries that landed him in hospital.
Hit-and-Run Driver Flees The Scene
The driver sped off without stopping, leaving the injured cyclist helpless. Kent Police are hunting the culprit and want anyone driving through the area to check their dashcams for clues.
