Escape Alert: Prisoner on the Run from HMP Springhill
Thames Valley Police are urgently hunting Jason Sufi, 39, who fled HMP Springhill in Buckinghamshire on Wednesday 20 February around 1:15pm.
About the Fugitive
- White male, approx. 5ft 6ins tall
- Olive skin, dark hair, medium build
- Last seen wearing a light blue tracksuit with socks pulled over the bottoms
- Serving a nine-year indeterminate sentence for burglary, false imprisonment, and robbery
- Known to frequent Oxford, Reading, and Coventry
Police Appeal for Info
Detective Constable Mark Kates, leading the investigation based at Aylesbury police station, said:
“We urgently need any information on Jason Sufi’s whereabouts. If you spot him, call 999 immediately and quote URN 819 (20/2). Alternatively, anyone with relevant details should contact Thames Valley Police on 101.”
