Blackman with a bottle attacks man In Portsmouth

An investigation has been launched after a man was seen attacking a man with a bottle on Saturday in Portsmouth. Did you witness the assault in Cross St Portsmouth. The attack took place about 4.30am Saturday morning (16th March 2019) Witnessed have said a black man in his 20s, 5′ 10″ with muscular build tired to hit a 20 year ol man with a bottle during an altercation.
