Police have launched an appeal to find a missing Portsmouth woman. 19-year-old Millie Mai Hill who is from the local area She was last seen at about 12.30am today Saturday 20th April in the Flag Walk area of Waterlooville. Millie was driving a grey Vauxhall Corsa. Both Police and her are concerned for her welfare.
