Three people charged with fraud linked to the Grenfell Tower fire

A woman and two men have been charged with fraud offences relating to the Grenfell Tower fire. They are Carmel Daly, 49, and Robert Kenneally, 51, both of Warwick Lane, W14, and Daniel Steventon, 37, of no fixed abode. It is alleged that all three purported to be residents of Grenfell Tower at the time of the fire and received accommodation and financial assistance. Daly and Kenneally are known to each other; Steventon acted independently. All three have been bailed to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 21 May.
