Fatal Crash in Faversham: Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward
A tragic collision near Faversham has left a motorcyclist dead and police hunting for witnesses.
Biker Killed in Horror Crash
The fatal smash happened around 5.30pm on Thursday 3 October 2019 on Faversham Road, Throwley.
A red and white Yamaha YZF R1 motorbike and a silver Volkswagen Transporter collided head-on at a bend in the road. The rider, a 51-year-old man from Ramsgate, died instantly at the scene.

Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit is digging deep to uncover exactly what went wrong. They urgently want to hear from anyone who witnessed the crash or has dash cam footage of either vehicle before impact.
