A Police van has been damaged by two offenders on a moped this evening, the Police van in Shirley, Southampton is now out of service. The two offenders were wearing balaclavas. Does this clearly show the Police are loosing control on offenders in Hampshire as they now face direct attacks. Police officer has stated; This evening my Police van was attacked by two offenders on a suspected stolen moped. Both wearing Balaclavas.
