Police release update on West Ealing Murder invesigation

A murder investigation has been launched after a man was found with fatal injuries in Ealing. https:///www.youtube.com/watch?v=kVsflKSm7I0 Police were called at 1.18am on Sunday, 24 November to reports of an injured male outside West Ealing BR Station, Drayton Green Road, W13.   Officers and London Ambulance Service attended. At the scene, a 26-year-old man was found in a vehicle suffering from a stab wound. Despite the efforts of medics, the male was pronounced dead at the scene. At this early stage, it is believed the victim was injured in an altercation nearby before his vehicle was involved in a collision with another car. His next of kin have been informed. Formal identification awaits. A post mortem is due to take place later today. There have been no arrests. Detective Chief Inspector Neil John, of the Met’s Homicide Team, said: “We believe the victim was involved in an altercation 100 metres from the railway station on The Avenue. “This is a busy street with a number of shops and restaurants and if anybody was in the area and saw something, no matter how small, I would urge them to contact police.” Anyone witnesses or anyone who has information is asked to call police on 101 quoting 550/24NOV, Tweet @MetCC or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
