Two Teens Hurt in Shocking Bus and Moped Smash

Two teenagers are fighting for their lives in hospital after a nasty crash involving a bus and a moped. One lad, already stabbed, was being rushed to hospital by his friend when they suddenly pulled out in front of the bus.

Serious Injuries After High-Speed Collision

  • One teen suffers a damaged liver.
  • The other has a compound fracture to his spine.

A Met Police spokesman said officers remain at the scene on St James Road following the crash at 12:44am on Monday, 6 January. Emergency services rushed to the scene after the call.

Road Closed, Bus Routes Disrupted

St James Road is still shut between Windmill Road and Hogarth Crescent. Police investigations are ongoing, and several local bus routes have been affected by the closure.

So far, no arrests have been made as officers piece together what happened.
