Two dead after a car plunged into water near a primary school in Lincolnshire

Two people have died after a car plunged into water near a primary school in Lincolnshire. The 52-year-old man and woman, 21, were travelling in a white Fiat Punto when they came off Tyler’s Bridge in Chapel St Leonards at about 3.30pm today. The woman was rushed to hospital but tragically passed away shortly after.

Lincs Police confirmed no one else was in the car at the time.
