Kingston Stabbing Horror: Teen in Critical Condition After Early Morning Attack
Early Hours Violence Shakes Kingston
Police were scrambled to Wood Street, Kingston, at around 3.40am on Saturday, 29 February following reports of a stabbing. On arrival, officers found a 19-year-old man suffering from serious stab wounds.
Victim Fighting for Life
Officers acted swiftly, administering first aid before the London Ambulance Service took over. The victim remains in hospital in a critical condition, with his next of kin informed.
Two Men Arrested on Attempted Murder Charges
Two suspects, aged 20 and 18, were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. Another man, injured during the incident, was also hospitalised but his injuries are not thought to be serious. He remains in police custody.
Ongoing Inquiry and Public Appeal
A crime scene is still in place on Wood Street. Officers from the South West Command Unit are patrolling Kingston town centre throughout the day.
Detectives are urging anyone who witnessed the stabbing or has any photos or footage to come forward. Locals with any information or concerns are encouraged to contact their local policing team immediately.
