Sick Tweet appears on Twitter asking for shout out for convicted serial killer
A sick tweet has appeared on Twitter making fun out of ICU nurses following the praise from Boris Johnson who left hospital on Sunday.
The sick twitter who using the name of Narwhal Bloke asked for a shout out for his sister who he claims is Beverley Allitt, also known as the “Angel of Death,”, she is one of Britain’s most notorious female serial killers.
The twisted fool also posted a picture within the tweet.
