Kent Police are on the case after reports surfaced of a man approaching women and making inappropriate comments in Folkestone and Hythe.
Disturbing Incident in Hythe
The alarm was raised on Sunday 19 July 2020, when it was revealed the man recorded himself speaking inappropriately to girls and women. One reported incident happened on New Road, Hythe.
Arrest Made, Police Still Seeking Witnesses
A 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of harassment and remains in custody as inquiries continue. Police urge anyone approached by the suspect or who witnessed similar incidents to come forward.
