Fatal Smash on A21 Near Pembury – Police Hunt Witnesses
Police are urgently seeking witnesses after a deadly crash on the A21 near Pembury.
Van Crashes Into Parked Land Rover
The horror collision happened on the southbound carriageway between the A26 junction and Longfield Road at just before 11am on Thursday, 27 August 2020.
A white Iveco Daily van smashed into a stationary blue Land Rover Discovery at around 10:56am, sparking a serious emergency response.
One Dead, One Critically Injured
The Land Rover’s driver and passenger were rushed to a London hospital. Tragically, the driver later died. The passenger remains in hospital with serious injuries.
Police Appeal for Dashcam and CCTV Footage
Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit is probing the crash. They want anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage of the incident — or the vehicles beforehand — to come forward.
“We urge anyone with information to get in touch,” said police.
