Urgent: Missing 86-Year-Old Man Spotted Near Winchester
Police are on the hunt for Ralph Carine, an 86-year-old who went missing this Tuesday afternoon.
Last Seen Leaving Hospital
Ralph vanished from Royal Hampshire County Hospital on Romsey Road, Winchester, at 2.30pm on September 29. Just over an hour later, he was spotted walking around the Stockbridge area.
Concerns Grow for Elderly Man’s Safety
Officers are increasingly worried about Ralph’s welfare as enquiries continue. They urge anyone with information to come forward immediately.

- Very slim build
